Yes! We are HIPAA compliant and secure.
At this time we are only able to be used by therapists who hold a license in any state in the United States. When you sign up and, you are agreeing to the terms that you are a US-licensed therapist. Your patients may be located anywhere your license allows.
We limit Reflective to patients who are over the age of 13. Above the age of 13 but under 18 requires written approval from their guardian. This should be handled outside the app.
Your patient will receive an email invitation with links to Apple iOS and Android apps after you’ve built their workbook. They can download iOS app here and the Android app here. As of now, we don’t yet have the mobile apps for use by therapists, but we are working on that!
